About me


My name is Arthur and I am the creator of this blog. I have been interested in bodyweight training for a couple of years, so I decided to write about it and share some of my knowledge here. I am not an expert, but I did a lot of research and tryed different exercises myself. Never been a big fan of weight lifting, probably because I always liked to do things my way, different than everyone else. I am also interested in martial arts. Been doing some Aikido and Judo training back in a day, but had to stop because of personal issues. Hopefully I can rejoin the club soon and get back to my martial arts training. I created this blog to give you some information about different methods of training, so you can get a better perspective about fitness and maybe even follow in my footsteps.
