Underhand row

Underhand row is another variation on the basic bodyweight row. In this variation, we use different hand positioning, for maximal bicep workout. Keep training, get those arms big and strong and cya next time!

Close grip pull up

Close grip pull up is one of the basic variations of the basic pull up. Putting your hands closer togather helps to activate your biceps more then in regular variations. Combining this exercise with underhand grip is proven to maximize the pressure on your biceps muscles (close grip chin up).

Wide grip pull up

Wide grip pull up is a pull up variation that focuses more on your latissimus dorsi (lats). With this fantastic upper body exercise you can build that v-shaped back like Bruce Lee had. Since the most of the strain is put on your back, it is more advanced and harder exercise than regular pull ups. It is adviced to do this exercise with overhand grip for maximal lat workout. What I like the most about this variation of pull ups is fact that with your arms wide on the bar, it's harder to unintentionaly swing or kip. Since your arms are wider, you have a little bit shorter way up to the bar, but don't think that this exercise is easier in any way than a regular pull up. Check it out yourself if you don't belive me!

Chin up

Chin up is the most famous pulling exercise. It's even more known than regular pull up. It's easier than pull up, but still very challanging. More work is put on the biceps so its essential to put both pull ups (pronated grip) and chin ups (supinated grip) in your bodyweight routine.

Pull up

Pull up is my favourite exercise in the world. Many people can't do even a single pull up, so doing plenty of those is really impresive. Pull up is the best exercise when it comes to training your latisimus dorsi (lats) muscles. Even many weightlifters chose pull ups over weights (lat pulldowns) when they want to train their lats. So, if you want to build strong upper body, especially back and arms and a firm, strong grip, pull ups are the way to go. There are many different variations to pull up, and we've got them here, so be sure to check them out later if you already mastered the basic pull up, which is not a simple thing.

Rows

Bodyweight row (or inverted row) is one of the best exercises for those of you who can't do a pullup. I've been doing a bit of those back in a day as a part of my routine. This exercise is great as a part of warmup for those who can do bunch of these already. Though I said that you can do these when you can't do a pullup, keep in mind that bodyweight rows aren't the same as pullups. In pullups you pull verticaly and here you pull horizontaly. Why am I pointing this out? Because it would be great to put some rowing movement in your routine even if you can do a bunch of pullups. This exercise is the opposite of a pushup. Again, today I'm puting here the basic exercise and in the future I'll put some harder variations. Let's get started!
